Besides Press Type Hemming Dies, we develop and produce Servo Table Top Hemming M/C and Robot Roller Hemming M/C.

1) Press Type Hemming Dies
Hemming Die
Press type hemming die is the most common and typical hemming die.
It is the hemming die with the most stable hemming quality and good durability in mass production.
By manufacturing and managing inventory of standard hemming parts, we can manufacture with short delivery.
Over Flange Hemming Die
We took out a patent for open flange hemming method to hem flange degree more than 105° , which was impossible with common hemming die.
This patent reduces the 2 station processes to 1 station process and can make efficient production line.

3) Robot Roller Hemming Machine
We develop roller hemming M/C using robots suitable for small-lot production of various car models. We have patents about hybrid roller hemming that can shorten hemming cycle time.
